Forums:
A place where any question is welcome.

Forums are informal gatherings led by Search. Our guests are primarily those who would not consider themselves to be followers of Jesus. Forums are built around open dialogue where nothing is off limits, and every person is free to bring honest questions about life, faith, doubt, or God.

What does a Forum look like?

There is no agenda and no expectation of agreement. We simply create space to think, listen, and talk together. We'll share our perspectives and what we've learned as we've faced life's biggest questions, but we really want to hear from you.

  • A group of adults meeting once a week for 3-4 weeks
  • A topic or question that helps start the conversation
  • A relaxed environment where curiosity is encouraged
  • A Search staff member guiding the discussion rather than teaching a class
  • Honest questions without judgment

Conversations explore questions such as:

  • Why does a loving God allow suffering?
  • Is there evidence for God's existence?
  • Does faith make sense in a scientific world?
  • What is the purpose of life?
