Search Houston began in The Woodlands in 2002 and has grown across the region. Today, the team builds genuine relationships throughout the community, helping people explore what they believe and take a next step toward God at their own pace.

Search has always grown through people who are genuinely connected to their communities. That is especially true in Houston.

Paul Hicks has deep roots in the local baseball community, Pro Hall of Famer Bruce Matthews has invested in youth and high school football, and Eric Vaughn spent 27 years as a personal trainer before joining Search staff. Those connections give the Houston team natural opportunities to meet people, build trust, and begin meaningful conversations about life and faith.
