For nearly 50 years, Search has created opportunities for adults to ask real questions about life, faith, purpose, and God. Our staff meet people where they are, listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and walk with them as they explore what they believe and why. This matches Search’s core emphasis on creating space for real questions without pressure, judgment, or expectations. 

What Search staff do.

Search staff create opportunities for meaningful spiritual conversations. That often includes:

• Building relationships with spiritually curious adults
• Hosting Forums and one-on-one conversations
• Leading Foundations and Formation groups
• Equipping believers and building local ministry support

This is relational ministry, not program management. Search staff listen before they speak, build trust over time, and help people take a next step toward God.

Who we are looking for.

A Search staff member is someone who:

• Has a growing relationship with Jesus
• Loves spiritually curious, skeptical, or disconnected people
• Communicates biblical truth with humility and grace
• Values relationships, patience, and building a local ministry network

You do not need to have all the answers. But you do need to love people, trust God with the process, and be willing to enter meaningful conversations.
