Welcome to “Hub City!” Lubbock, Texas, is the pride of the Llano Estacado region of the Texas Panhandle. It’s the hub of a burgeoning business community, a vibrant cultural scene, and of course, home to the Texas Tech Red Raiders! “Guns Up!” Lubbock is an ideal community for the Holy Spirit to work through SEARCH team members as they start conversations, develop relationships and explore life’s big questions together. We’ve been doing it since 2019. Today, SEARCH Area Director Randy Rawls works with the open, friendly, welcoming people in a metro area 325,000 strong. What a privilege it is to serve these hardy plains folk as—together—we take the next step toward God.
