Will Acker

Will is a Knoxville native who graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2002. With his wife, Angela, he moved from Memphis back to Knoxville in 2008 and spent the next many years on Young Life staff. Will has served as the president of the board at Knoxville Racquet Club, on the Johnson University Advisory Board, as well as on the Board for Core Leadership. Prior to joining SEARCH, Will had the opportunity to serve on Young Life staff for 19 years. He loves laughing, running, being outdoors and University of Tennessee athletics. Will and Angela have three sons, Cade, Hayes and Ethan.

Why did you choose to join Search? I joined Search Staff because I saw a need. Men around me were walking through life without the hope of God, without the community of other men, and without the joy the Lord offers. I wanted to step into their worlds and offer the hope of Jesus.
