Paul Hicks

Paul and his wife, Cammie, have been married since 1988 and have three grown children. He’s a 1985 graduate of Texas State University with a BA in Computer Information Systems. He spent 25 years in the insurance industry before joining SEARCH as an Associate in 2008 and then full time in 2014. Along the way, he coached high school baseball and is an avid outdoorsman. His family resides in Sugar Land, Texas.

Why did you choose to join Search? I was discipled by SEARCH 35 years ago and it changed my life, saved my marriage and reshaped my priorities. After 20 years of helping men on their spiritual journey while working in the insurance industry, God called me out of the workforce and into full-time ministry. I couldn’t resist and now consider it a great privilege to be part of the Search team.
