Nick Manos

Nick is a graduate of Dallas’ Lake Highlands High School and Texas A&M University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture. After college, he practiced architecture for nine years while serving as a volunteer leader with Young Life. Nick married Melissa in 1992 and joined the Young Life staff in 1994. Nick served as an area director for nine years, a regional director for thirteen years, and finally as senior vice president for five years. In January 2021, Nick became an Associate Area Director with Search Dallas, and in April 2022, he became the Area Director. Nick and Melissa have three children, Allie, Peter and Michael.

Why did you choose to join Search? I chose to join Search because it is my firmly held belief that relationships are the most effective way to share out faith. I have since grown to love the conversational approach and style. I’m also taken by the idea of inviting people “to take a next step toward God”.  To me, that’s how the whole thing works.
