Eric Faison
Eric was raised in South Georgia and graduated from Valdosta State University. Shortly after, he joined the staff of Young Life where he was an Area Director for 27 years in the Southeast Region, spending the last 16 years in Auburn, Alabama. Eric met his wife Sarah, at Windy Gap, a Young Life camp in North Carolina, and they have been married for 26 years and have four kids: Riley (23), Landon (21), Nathan (19), and Delaney (17). Eric loves spending time with his family.
Eric’s two passions in life are soccer and fly-fishing and on his best days he can be found in the middle of a river in the Western Carolina mountains or on the soccer field. Eric has coached high school and club soccer for over 15 years taking two state championships with his high school team and three Alabama State Cup Championships with his club team. He was the 2019 Alabama Competitive Women’s Coach of the Year. He has recently become a USSF and AHSAA certified referee for soccer games as well. He earned a Certificate in Biblical Studies from the Reformed Theological Seminary.
